What is Advanced Processor Workshop?
The biggest challenge any Mortgage Loan Processor faces is recognizing the problem issues facing a loan file, before they become problems.  As the Processor you are given a stack of forms either by your Loan Officer or the borrower.  These forms may include the Application form, the verifications, the credit report, tax returns, bank statements, divorce decrees, bankruptcy papers, leases and explanation letters.  Along with these papers you may also have an Accept/Eligible from an automated underwriting system.  The average Processor would bundle all this paperwork together and submit to the underwriter, only to find the loan declined because of issues found in the support documents.  A good, experienced Processor would see these problems prior to sending the loan file in for underwriting.

All Processors can set-up a file and request documents – but can they truly identify problem areas of a file?  The Advanced Processor Workshop will show you how.  In this course you will learn how to recognize over 20 hidden problems contained in the file documentation that would prevent the average loan from being approved.  The instruction, given with the CD ROM, will assist you in understanding these problems and help you to identify them faster, minimizing declines and suspensions.  Just because an automated underwriting system indicates a loan is acceptable, doesn’t mean the loan will be approved.  Advanced Processor Workshop will put you on the road to being a “Top” Loan Processor.

Colorado Mortgage Broker License Course:  Online

The Colorado Division of Real Estate now requires ALL mortgage brokers to be licensed and to complete a 40-hour license course before January 1, 2009.  MTI is an approved provider of this course for either live instructor-led classes or online courses.  The graduates of this course will be eligible to take the Colorado Mortgage Broker examination for licensing as a mortgage broker working in Colorado.

 

You can select the dates for a live class or take the class when it best fits your schedule with the only full video/audio streaming online courses.

 

Additionally, taking this course will allow you to fulfill continuing education requirements in up to 15 additional states.  If you are doing business in multiple states, by taking this course, through MTI, you will be able to handle many or all of your licensing education requirements and doing so by only taking one class.  Check with your Enrollment Counselor on which states apply.  This is only available through MTI.
